About my work

I’m Sabrina, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and adults feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and respected, and I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns.

I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to provide guidance, practical tools, and a supportive space where we can work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, develop resilience, and create meaningful change.

Whether you’re working through a specific concern or simply looking for space to better understand yourself, I’ll meet you with care, honesty, and respect while helping you move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

My passion for psychotherapy began through my early work as an intake counsellor, where I supported individuals as they took their first steps toward counselling. Seeing how meaningful that first connection could be inspired me to continue growing in this field and pursue further education and training in psychology and counselling.
