About my work

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to face the hardest parts of yourself and your life. I’m here to offer warmth, understanding, and patience while creating a space where you can express your feelings, sort through your thoughts, and explore what may be getting in the way of feeling more like yourself.

I’m passionate about helping adults, teens, and couples find greater clarity, connection, and confidence in themselves and their relationships. My approach is holistic and flexible, allowing me to tailor our work to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

I see therapy as a collaboration. You know yourself and your life best, and my role is to walk alongside you with support, perspective, and tools that can help you move forward.
