About my work

Processing our world looks different for everyone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can bring your whole self forward and explore the experiences, patterns, and internal responses that shape how you move through the world.

My approach is integrative, focused, and grounded in evidence-based strategies. I work with people navigating ADHD and neurodivergence, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, and life transitions, with particular attention to emotional regulation, overthinking, executive functioning, and day-to-day life.

Our work will centre on what matters most to you—whether that means strengthening executive functioning skills, making sense of past or present experiences, improving relationships, or finding steadier ways to move through daily life. My role is to help you build capacity, not simply cope, and to develop tools that genuinely fit your life.

  • I meet you where you are, tailoring our work to what matters most to you and how you want to move forward.
  • I focus on practical change, helping you develop tools and strategies that are useful beyond our sessions.
  • I help you build capacity, supporting you in developing sustainable skills rather than simply learning to cope.
  • I create a safe, non-judgmental space, where you can bring your whole self and explore difficult experiences without fear of judgment.
  • I work collaboratively with you, recognizing that meaningful change is most effective when the approach fits your life.
  • I help you look beneath the surface, connecting patterns, emotions, and experiences to better understand what is happening and why.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, travelling, and exploring new places whenever I can. I’m also a certified group fitness instructor and a dual citizen of Portugal and Canada.
