I believe therapy begins with genuine human connection. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a focus on creating a space where you feel heard and safe to be yourself.
I support teens, young adults, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, interpersonal concerns, and trauma. I also work with stress, borderline personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and women’s issues.
I tailor therapy to your unique experiences and goals, drawing from different approaches to support greater self-understanding, confidence, and well-being. I strive to understand the whole person and how the different parts of your life connect.
I take an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic modalities based on your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Alongside person-centred and relational approaches, I incorporate CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, ACT, somatic therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and existential therapy.
I will meet you where you are and work with you at a pace that feels comfortable. Our sessions offer a warm, non-judgmental space for difficult conversations and moments of laughter when appropriate.
Together, we will build self-understanding, practical skills, and supports to help you navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change within and beyond our sessions.
Beyond my role as a therapist, I am an animal lover and lifelong learner who finds joy in art, great food, and a good joke.
